Los fotos de Tracy

Angela & I are honored to welcome a very special guest blogger to our humble site today!

Chris’s sister, Tracy!

Over the past week, we have shared the 1,600 mile long journey to El Pescadero, Baja Sur with her. Welcome Tracy!!

Hola friends! Yes, I have endured a loooong road trip in the Thunder Cruz as copilot. Along the way I became good lookin. You’ll have to ask for an explanation but it’s worth it. It’s been an amazing journey and I’ve got awesome brothers—and, as it turns out, an awesome sister too.

Blooming desert in the Santo Tomas valley. A spectacular wine growing region. Poppies! But there’s no place like home.
A long and winding road.
The best cactus ever.
Wait. The best cactus ever.

Feeling blessed in San Ignacio.
This isn’t him but we met the primero artiste de San Ignacio in the mission and got a great tour in pidgin. Rigoberto rocks.

Happy??
Selfie kinda ummm hmmmm.
The Thunder Cruz makes it home. It’s survived wildfire, Roatan Cruz, and the sneakiest speed bumps in Baja. Now it is the envy of Pescadero. Bravo!

  1. Thanks for sharing these spectacular landscapes & old missions. The cactus was a treat, too. Most unusual.
Good to meet Nick & Tracy – I’m enjoying reading Where the World Begins. Robin mentioned you were in Baja but didn’t realize you were still blogging til I looked again at your early March photos. Don’t stop!

    1. Cool! Tracy is very happy that you enjoyed the blog & are enjoying the book! It’s wonderfully warm & sunny down here, but we leave tomorrow. Back to the rain in San Anselmo!
